Training Finishes for all athletes for Christmas on Wed Dec 7^th and recommences on Monday Jan 9^th.

Training for juveniles takes place at 7.00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6pm on Fridays and 11am on Sunday Mornings in the local Sports Complex. The Sunday morning is distance training and is only attended by athletes from U12 upwards.

Senior athletes also train at the Sports Complex on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.00pm, with a Sunday road run from Molum at 9.00am or in Portlaw Woods at a pre-arranged time. Athletes also take part in the local Winter League and Golden Mile series in Waterford City as part of their training.

Contact any committee member for more details or come along to the Sports Complex on training nights. Our current coaches are Bernie Moloney, Bill Lacey, Colum Sheridan, John Finn, Deirdre Keohan, Perri Williams and Pam Foskin.
