The sunshine
brought big crowds to Kilmacow for the
St Senans AC Open T&F last Sunday and it
was huge success. There was a thrilling
battle in the senior 3000m with Jason
Fahy of Olympic Harriers of
Sixmilebridge just outkicking Sandis
Bralitis of West Waterford in a fine
time of 8.49. St Senans athletes also
produced some great performances
especially Mairead Murphy and Eve Lacey
in the U/8 race, Hugh Morgan who was a
class apart in the U/12 700m, Leanne
Foskin who won the junior 400m and Colin
Butler who took the junior prize in the
3000m race. James Maher of KCH was an
impressive winner of the U/13
700m.Thanks to our sponsors Willie
Fogarty Car Sales, Kilmacow and Don
Butler Plant and Haulage, Kilmacow.
